Interview
Very relaxed, friendly and conversational. The interviewers referred to a thorough list of questions but posed each one in a very easy to understand way. The other thing I liked was that they both offered feedback on the replies I gave. Very validating to know in the moment how your take on their questions are resonating. A great technique and why not be open about how you're doing?
A few stages - interview with the recruiter, task with the hiring managers, and interview with the team members. Generally, it was enjoyable and well-organised, with all of the interviewers being reasonable and respectful.

The recruitment team were super friendly and easy to deal with. However the interview process is lengthy and inconsistent and if you don't get the role you applied for you have to start back at the beginning of the whole process.

Screening call, and then 3 more interviews. One of them was an exercise of mapping out what your first 90 days in the role would look like. Was quite a long process and had to push to get the next interviews scheduled sooner as I was interviewing with other companies and wanted to weigh up my options. In the end they weren't able to put an offer on the table in time so I ended up going elsewhere. Got the feeling they didn't want to compete with other offers / would rather hire someone who had them as their first/only choice.
