I am so sorry that this was your poor experience. We pride ourselves on good applicant contact but admittedly we are hiring at pace and sometimes human error comes into play. Very occasionally we don't get back to candidates in the timescale we or they would like. I'm sorry you have not been successful in your application to Xero on this occasion and that this was not communicated to you. We will make sure we review applications received and account for everyone in the process in an effort to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
