Interview
Interview process is very quick and easy. I applied one afternoon and by the evening I had received a call from the Xerox HR with an interview appointment scheduled.
There is a typing test to determine the speed of typing before the interview. At the end of interview, I was told I was selected and was asked for a drug screening test and background check.

Interview questions were easy. Confidence is key. Questions such as:
How would you resolve a situation where the customer is angry and unreasonable?
Where would you see yourself in 5 years?

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios
Plusieurs entretiens en visio, pas de difficultés particulières rencontrées. Les RH étaient sympathiques et ont bien expliqué les différents avantages proposés ainsi que les modalités d'entretien. Tout était clair, pas de difficultés particulières
It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
