I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Montreal, QC) in May 2017
Interview
Very structured set of interviews. Start with the HR/recruiter, then with some middle management, followed by an intense role play of 4 hours. Last interview was with national VP's. Didn't get the job (I'm so glad), but the interview process was the best I've been through in my carreer.
It took place over three to four weeks in total with HR Interview, Manager Interview, and final Panel Interview. Their team was professional, sharp, and highly tenured. Their training program was impressive.
Met with 5 people and was found through college recruiter. Great gig to get into medical device sales and open a lot of doors. Taught you how to sell. Lots of cold calling though

The interview process at Xerox was straightforward and efficient. It began with a phone screening, followed by a round with the hiring manager as well another round with the Regional VP of Sales, where we discussed sales strategy, territory management, and client relationship skills.
