I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xerox
Interview
Several contacts with HR, much confusion internally over process. This process dragged on forever with no clear status during. Towards the end, a bait and switch situation came up where the position discussed was very different from what was offered and ultimately accepted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Compensation of last employer - do they really expect an answer?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Arkansas City, KS) in Apr 2016
Interview
This was the initial phone interview with the current manager. The phone call was set up on internet protocol. We initially had some difficulty connecting, but after 30 mins, the problem (on their end) was corrected. I took the advice of a mentor and established a rapport with the interviewer before getting to the questions. That put both me and the interviewer at ease. I cannot stress the importance of preparation for the interview. I researched the company and the position. I was able to draft some relevant questions and, in fact, I think I asked more questions than the interviewer. I was prepared with real-life examples to support my answers in most cases.

Question 1
The big question asked was to describe a situation where you had to handle a dispute between co-workers. This question made me wonder how much internal strife there was in the office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Leeds, England) in Nov 2011
Interview
applied online got a Call and went in for a first interview, got called back for a second interview. There were 2 interviewers on both occassions are they were quite easy going. Interviews were quite relaxed compared to others. After the interview, I was given a tour of the building, which was quite nice.
