Interview
The hiring process was a simple process. Nothing out of the norm. I went in during a job fair for a regular position but based on qualification and interview, they wanted to interview me for a Supervisor position. After interview I did not here from them so I called back at least once a week to follow up and after third week I was told to report to work.

Nothing was asked that is not normally asked at an interview
One phone interview with very knowledgeable recruiter. One interview with direct supervisor, who didn't really seem to know what questions to ask. One interview with four employees this position directly supervises...that was the most interesting and helped to judge if I was really interested in job. All interviews took 30-45 minutes each. Turn-around time was super quick...all done in a week.

There really wasn't any one question that was difficult or unexpected. They all seemed to be cookie cutter questions.

Interview
Application is online. All communication is initially handled by a recruiter who may not be familiar with the actual position or location of job you are applying for. They do do their best to get you the answers. The recruiter scheduled the interview. Completed two interviews, neither were very planned as far as interviewer preparation. No prepared questions.
