      Call Center Representative Interview

      5 Jun 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tallahassee, FL
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Tallahassee, FL) in May 2015

      Interview

Applied through a staffing agency and received an email the next day that escalated into a phone interview. Interviewer scheduled an in person interview for the following Monday. Went and took 2 or 3 assessments. They were really easy, I think I only missed 1 or 2 questions overall. It was a typing test, listening test, and reading test. Then I went into another room to actually get interviewed. He asked me to describe myself and asked why I apply for the position. He offered me the job on the spot, but I didn't take it because he said training is from 12:30pm-8:30pm for 5 days a week. I have a part time job that I cannot miss for a week. I thought the training would be 8pm-6:30am because I had applied for the overnight position, but he said the overnight shift doesn't start until after training. It was a waste of my time lol but they obviously hire very easily. Too bad I couldn't accept.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Colorado Springs, CO) in Nov 2014

      Interview

There is a typing test based on speed, a long personality quiz and a quick one on one with someone. They do a drug screening and a background check. The questions are standard interview questions, if someone is rude to you, what do you do? Is it ok to steal pens? Why do you want this job? Stuff like that. There's so much turn over, they have a room dedicated to interviewing people/giving people their typing tests. People get offered the job on the spot.

      Interview

It was good got clear understanding of what the job is all about. They gave us two quiz to complete. We also did a speech quiz. At interview the made it sound like the incentives were easy to made but its not because they are very picky.
