Why are you fit for this position, 5 year plan, conflict resolution, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Yale University in Feb 2021
Interview
First interactions were with Human Resources to establish the connection. I had multiple interviews with team leadership and with the entire team. Team leadership informed me they would contact HR and HR would be extending the job offer.
