I went through an initial screening with the HR rep, then had an on-site interview with the hiring manager. However, after 2 weeks, I haven't heard anything from HR and have been completely ghosted after contacting the HR recruiter several times. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and all I wanted was just a simple update.
