Interview
Had a telephonic with the UX head and one with the Director. Was asked to sign a NDA since it was an onsite job. They take around 10 days to respond to anything. Moreover you'd feel there is a miscommunication between the HR who says something and the interviewer who says something else.

Most of them were on the lines of "How would you convince the client of ______?"

They think they are at par with Google whereas they are just design contractors.
They are determined to listen to "Text Book Definition" of questions.
The attitude of the panel members are as if they are the boss and you need to be nodding your head for whatever they say.
Your version of answers will be rejected .
Pathetic process.
The HR would keep on rescheduling interview and if you ask for feedback they will disappear.
No process.
