Got a call from HR to schedule an interview. Had an onsite interview with the manager and an engineer. Manager showed me around the facility. Interview took 1 hr and got a call back 1 week later. Upon graduation, u was hired full time for the postiton. No further interview was conducted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZF Group (Mesa, AZ)

2 interviews. First interview was maybe 10 minutes with a recruiter, very laid back, kind of a screening. 2nd interview was a panel interview on-site with 4 engineers and an HR representative. Read questions off a sheet, but good conversation back and forth goes a long way. Was taken on a tour of the facilities following the interview.

One round not too difficult. Asked basic HR questions no technicals but was very open ended and did not provide details on the job. Asked many questions on my skill levels and what I would do in a situation.

Interview
Had one phone call that felt super comfortable, like chatting with friends. It flowed naturally, very conversational and relaxed. No pressure, just an easy and enjoyable exchange that left a great impression.
