went through 4 rounds. one structured case, one unstructured, a presentation, and final with the hiring partner. For the structured case, the interviewer, emails you a deck with the case and questions at the end. The interviewer will go on mute for 30 mins while you complete the case questions.

Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Typical case study questions that you will be asked in consulting interviews. There was a qualitative case with one interviewer and a quantitative case (with graphs/figures) with another interviewer.
There are three interviews in 1 day -- 1 behavioral, 1 unstructured case, 1 structured case. There are 3 different interviewers per interview, where you will engage with a few managers, consultants, and associate principals

Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
