The process of hiring had three rounds. The first round was a technical test. The second round comprised of Group Discussion round. The candidates who cleared the second round were called for the third round that was one on one interview. The candidates were asked questions related to 2G, 3G.

Walk in interview. Basic questions to check you understanding of the telecom field. The Interviewer was very friendly. Talked about what am i looking for and what do i expect to achieve from the job.

Interview
I was hired as a local employee and my interview was taken by a Chinese manager and a local senior engineer.
The interview process was a simple and straightforward one. It was an open interview and questions were asked from my technical field as well as my personal aspirations and goals.
There were total two interviews, one was technical and then I got called after a week for the HR interview which was more of a formality.
