Very Slow, No Transparency. Not Specified about the pathetic management services once you join the organization. It took time of weeks to discuss the things. Management people were not present to meet you in person at the time of interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zee Learn (Mumbai) in Jan 2010
Good Interview, 2 Rounds, First with HR was done telephonically, Second round was with CEO which was more of a general discussion on career plans for slightly above an hour. Offer Letter was sent within a week, had to negotiate to get a hike from present salary. Under pressure the HR does offer a significant hike. Unfortunately HR does not seems to have a grade wise salary plan so there is huge variance within similar grades
- Was a general discussion by the CEO on what I wanted to do with my life

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zee Learn (Mumbai) in Dec 2009
Applied for the role through a job posting on monster.com. Initial discussion with Human Resource personnel, followed by a brief interaction with the business head. Was called for a subsequent interaction with the National sales head, and then on the third day an interview with the CEO. An offer was made two days after the CEO interaction. Business Head, interaction was quiet enlightening, while the CEO interaction was a light hearted take on the education industry.
- Zee Learn doesn't have a school of it's own yet you will be selling school franchisees! How will you get around this objection?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zee Learn in Nov 2009
Received a call from the consultant. Interviewed for almost three rounds. The first round was good. In the second round the interviewer was not concentrating, felt as if he is not really keen to interview, was yawning and really irritated me. The third round was the best, and it was good to be shortlisted and hired! :)
- Asking questions on the marital status and negotiating salary.
