Applied for EA role for ADHD CEO in September 2024. I have extensive EA experience and worked as ADHD Coach. After positive first interview (I was shared the meeting notes it literally says I tick every box, where I was told I was a ‘strong fit,’) I was given a 10-day timeline for response. After multiple follow-ups and missed deadlines over 4 WEEKS, I received a rejection with no explanation. Communication throughout the process was poor and unprofessional, I can't believe how shorty they are
