Applied for EA role for ADHD CEO in September 2024. I have extensive EA experience and worked as ADHD Coach. After positive first interview (I was shared the meeting notes it literally says I tick every box, where I was told I was a ‘strong fit,’) I was given a 10-day timeline for response. After multiple follow-ups and missed deadlines over 4 WEEKS, I received a rejection with no explanation. Communication throughout the process was poor and unprofessional, I can't believe how shorty they are

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and set up a time to speak to the hiring manager. The first call was scheduled for 30 minutes, and I was asked about my general content experience and the types of responsibilities I've had in previous roles. The hiring manager described the position and asked about my experiences as they relate to this job, including if I've worked with email, video, social media, and more. The next step was a take-home assignment to prepare a 90-day content plan, which was presented to the hiring manager and the CEO. I received an offer shortly after that.
