Interviewed with peers and hiring manager. Eventually reviewed by my supervisors supervisor (VP of Manufacturing). The process was fair but after having worked there I see that interviewing is extremely inconsistent. My positive experience might be rare.

Really relaxed atmosphere created by the recruiters. Had two Rounds of Interview and just took two weeks for a decision. Very much impressed how quick the decisions are made. Communication was direct and quick. Majorly known for quick decisions and the recruiters do the job with ease.
