I was given the contact information for the quality department manager. I then received an initial phone interview with a representative that merely read the job description to me and asked a few generic questions. She could not answer any of my specific questions about the job. From there, my responses were sent to the manager of Quality, who conducted a second phone interview with a senior quality engineer. He was very friendly and generally asked questions about my resume and why I wanted to work for Zimmer. After this interview, I was asked to come on-site for a tour and in person interview, which included four back-to-back interviews (~20 minutes each), with 2 senior quality engineers, the manager and an HR representative. After this point I received a verbal offer on the phone, and following acceptance an electronic offer that I accepted via the link in the email. The process took about 3 months.
