I applied online. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet in Apr 2019
Interview
The first three interviews were seamless and happened back to back. It was a company I had admired, but never got contacted about a fourth interview. When I contacted the company to follow up I got a run around response. I got responses that I was a strong candidate and the recruiter said my interview went very well. Then, when the deadline passed for making a decision radio silence. Every other company had the respect to let me know I wasn't moving forward. This company is unorganized and unprofessional to not have the decency to inform candidates and will keep you hanging for months.
Very competitive, but also informative. After a remote interview, I was given a document outlining one of the orthopedics sold. I was then given 48 hours to study, learn, and prepare a sales pitch in person.
