Interview

Had 3 rounds, 1st round was about golang and related questions. 2nd round was with the hiring manager, he seems to be completely lost and kept asking stupid questions. 3rd round was with HR and he offered a Senior software engineer role with a lesser salary than my current salary. The hiring manager lacks clarity in his views and asks stupid questions like he is hiring a HR.

Interview was average, the interviewer did not seem to be of higher experience. HR contact person response was also too lagged. Interview process can be more professionally structured. Too many external agencies contacted for the same position.

PATHETIC PROCESS Do not interview with them, no process, no professional etiquettes they have. They have taken 1st round and then asked for 2nd round slot....suddenly they cancelled. When i followed up to let me know when they will reschedule they did not provide update at all. Then finally they told the feedback of first round is negative...lol look at their process. It is typical service based company not a product development, so guys think before joining. they might not have budget. THEY STALK YOUR LINKEDIN PROFILE EVERYDAY 4-5 times for what reason I don,t know.

There were 4 steps: 1) Online Screening Round - Consisted 4 questions (Easy-Medium) to be solved within 1 hr. 2) 1st Technical Round - 2-3 DSA questions, DBMS, OS, Networking, OOP concepts 3) 2nd Technical Round - In depth DBMS, OS, Networking questions, SQL queries, DSA medium questions 4) HR round

I applied through campus for the role. There was total of three rounds, first was written and followed by two technical discussion rounds. First round of the interview was simpler. I was asked on projects, internships and some questions on OOPS. In the second round, I was questioned on JavaScript and coding questions were given.

I attended 3 rounds 1. Basic DSA and some javascript, nodejs questions 2. Angular JS round 3. HR round Interview was very fair and motivating. Interviewers had good attitude. They explained about their products and company. They said what is expected and what kind of projects you worked on etc.
