Standard HackerRank SQL test followed by a case study tech test with a member of the team. The interviewer was nice and helped to push me on the right path.

I recently interviewed for a Senior Product Analytics role at Zopa and had a fantastic experience throughout. Process & format: The process was well structured and clearly communicated at each stage (recruiter screen - SQL assessment - case-style discussion - final on-site interviews). Instructions and expectations were transparent, and scheduling/logistics were handled smoothly. Interview experience: Everyone I met was warm, professional, and engaged. The interviews felt practical and reflective, with a strong focus on how you think, communicate, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impact. The SQL assessment was fair and relevant to real-world analytics work. Feedback: I really appreciated receiving timely, constructive feedback and the chance to discuss it. That's rare and speaks well of the team’s respect for candidates’ time and care about candidate growth regardless of the outcome. Overall, I’d recommend the process to other candidates.
