Zumiez interview questions

This was only for the phone screening interview, but it was fairly conversational and straightforward. The in-person interview still must be performed. It was over the internet, asking non-technical questions about work experiences and general behavior regarding tasks and productivity.

My interview was very laid back because I had already been working with the company for a few years as a sales associate so they mostly were asking me questions of how I would train new employees and how I would give helpful feedback. They also had me do a mock training where they pretended to be the sales associate and they would have me give them critiques which was very helpful
