Interview
The whole process was driven by a UK based Recruiter. His attitude towards me during the whole process have positively surprised me. He was very engaged and open for every point, responded timely on every my email or sms. Was getting in touch before each interview and followup after it. The best was that he was quite open and honest all the time. Beside I was not chosen for this position at the end I must say that the person who was is really a lucky one as if all other employees working in Zuora are with the same attitude its really the company you would like to be working for. True recruiter model that all other recruiters should follow and look upon.
The process itself conducted with one 1:1 meeting in the Stockholm office, one phone interview with a manager from UK office and one panel interview.

Panel interview: Simulated workshop and design , where you are Zuora representative while the interviewers are a Zuora customer CIO, Enterprise architect and Product Manager.
Objective was to build the application arhitecture and collect product catalog requirements.

1) First round was technical . General background of experience etc
2) Team work was second interview but was again more of your resume experience .
3) Use case - Draw out the process when a customer comes to order till he gets his food . talk about the systems and what questions you will ask to setup a new fast food business
4) Listening and communication - Again more on background and behavioral questions
5)individual contribution - background and draw out any system design that you are aware of .

first round with HR, followed by three rounds with architects. well organised. The overall process was fast and finished in quick time. The HR kept me updated with the status and next steps.
