Phone screen followed by on-site interviews. Phone screen went well. On-site interviews took place a week later. Disappointed that most of the interviewers (senior executives) had not bothered to read my resume before the interview. Some of the interviewers went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee at the start of the interview which I found quite unprofessional. The older interviewers lacked energy and were visibly tired.
