Interview
There were three steps of the interview. First one - short phone call with a recruiter from an external recruitment company. Second- 1h video call with the external recruiter and the third video call with the internal hr specialist and manager of the team
Rapide et courtois. Retour rapide par rapport à la suite de l’entretien. Échange agréable avec une clarté sur le poste. Malgré un retour négatif, j’ai apprécié les échanges et les réponses données à mes questions.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. It started with an initial HR video screening, This was followed by a discussion with the hiring manager, and concluded with a conversation with a director over a different department. Overall, the first two interviews were conversational and not overly technical, but the third felt more focused on experience and fit. Only downside is after going through this process as a whole they didn't take time to send real feedback on why they were not moving forward with me, just a canned response email. Also never really knew who I could email to show I was interested in the position.
