      I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eBay (Dublin, Dublin)

      Interview

      Interview main focus on behavioral questions which can be a great prognosis of a candidate if carried by an experienced executive but can also turn out to be very scripted if not. Interview process carried by recruiters / hiring managers and great participation of subject matter experts. Comfortable atmosphere and more than enough time booked for conversations which is not always the case with large organisations. Internal applications processes very much affected by politics and tactics which also can make feedback system more "a must" than constructive conclusions. More of a fresh external blood could be used to change the scenery.
