Interview
Fair if you have got the basics down.
I applied on multiple job portal for the same company. I got a call from the HR for the interview.
There were three rounds of interview. First was with Technical where I was asked about networking concepts of DHCP, routing & switching etc. This was where I was also tested if I could speak/communicate in Hindi and English.
Second round was straight away the Director himself. He asked various conceptual question of networking which was asked in the previous round. He also asked to explain every word which was mentioned in the resume[I am CCNA certified]. The question about IIS was asked here. The salary negotiation was done in this round at the end. I wish I had asked for more than 1.25 l.p.a. The third round was a HR round. It was more of a formality rather than an interview. The final work related papers were filled. I was asked to join the very next day if possible. Overall, the experience was very good as I was prepared for more than that was required and had looked into the company profile at GlassDoor. I would recommend to search about the company in google and youtube as it will be helpful to have background knowledge to work with.
