There are three separate rounds of interviews with different levels of management. The process is fairly simple as is the position... If you want to work in a sales position with a high commission potential, then you will most likely proceed to each round and get the job offer... However, I recommend making sure that you are prepared to self-educate, learn the products & services, remain organized, manage your time wisely, and cold-call/cold-email/cold-LinkedIn connect, etc.
