Super easy. My guess is that an interview is probably almost guaranteed. They call you and then interview you. the GM of the hotel was in my interview and it was easy

They ask about your background and if you are willing to work whenever needed. They kept saying the hospitality industry is 24/7 365 and you have to be willing to work on weekends and holidays
