tldr: Nice place and people with a quick and smooth hiring process. Technical test isn't hard if you know how to write tests then make them pass.
The process was very quick, 1 phone interview followed up by an in-person interview 2 days later with an offer made the same day.
The first call was mostly me talking about my background and experience with working within agile development environments, I was also given an good idea of their development process and products that I could be working on. Very relaxed call with no hard questions.
In person was straight into a technical test. I was given 45 minutes alone to implement a simple UI component. They were looking for a few key things that were outlined before starting but most of all they want code with good test coverage.
After the technical test I sat with 3 other developers and we discussed my background some more then around 20 minutes later I did the usual, tell me about your last 2 roles, chat with a project manager who made it clear he was just interested in finding out a little more about me.
