Interview
As a java dev, i had to wait 3 weeks before an initial reply.
After those 3 weeks there is a Skype interview. If we pass, then we get a case study to submit (the case study implies some considerable work).
After we submit our work, we wait 10 more days for an answer which looks something like "thanks for waiting but you failed the case study and we're not going to tell you why".
If this is what happens during interviews, i don't even want to know what happens as an employee.
Disgustingly disappointing.

Applied online, HR sent mail for scheduling a call. 1 hour call scheduled to ask questions what development I have done my experience in few technologies. Other behavioral questions.
Got rejection mail next day, no reason specified.

Interview process is quite satisfactory and professional. I like direct approach and honest responds. Detailed input provided about the role which is expected to fulfill and asked how I will contribute the their business and what is required to improve , so it is expected to be ready beforehand.
