      Enterprise Account Executive Interview

      14 Mar 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at uberall

      Interview

Proceed with caution — some red flags worth noting. The interview process at Uberall was underwhelming compared to others I’ve experienced. While the team was professional on the surface, the conversation at times felt less like a genuine evaluation and more like an opportunity to extract competitive insights, particularly given that I was coming from a competitor in the space. Something to be mindful of if you’re in a similar position. The role also appeared to have been open for quite some time, which combined with the interview dynamic, raised some questions about the urgency and intent behind the hiring process. Not a terrible experience, but not one I’d call particularly thoughtful or candidate-focused either. If you’re considering interviewing here, go in with your eyes open and be measured about what you share.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate this. Yes the role had been open for a while, but that is largely due to us being very selective in who we want to hire. However we do take your comments on the 'competitive insight' gathering seriously. You will understand that it is a sensitive area and we have to balance getting a good understanding of you and your background with respecting your commercial confidentialities. We will discuss with the Hiring Manager to ensure we avoid any misconception that this is simply an intelligence gathering exercise going forward. It is absolutely not. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us and we wish you the very best for the future
