Job Summary:

Foxy Digits is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will assist in hiring, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding & joining formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Assist in HR operations and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries
• Support exit formalities and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation required; MBA (HR) preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment and must be familiar with hiring for technical roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate or short notice period preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
