Title: Call Center Executive (Ambulance Services) Department: Operations / Customer Support Location: (Mention Location) Reporting To: Call Center Supervisor / Operations Manager Job Summary We are hiring a Call Center Executive for Ambulance Services who will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinate ambulance dispatch, provide accurate information to callers, and ensure quick response and smooth communication between patient, driver, and hospital team. Key Responsibilities 1. Call Handling o Attend inbound calls related to ambulance booking/emergency cases. o Respond politely and professionally to patient attendants and callers. o Handle complaint calls and provide proper resolution. 2. Ambulance Booking & Dispatch Coordination o Collect patient details, pickup location, destination hospital, and emergency type. o Assign nearest available ambulance and coordinate with driver/EMT. o Track ambulance movement and update caller till ambulance reaches. 3. Communication & Follow-up o Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, drivers, EMT staff, and operations team. o Provide accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) to callers. o Follow-up on pending calls and ensure service completion. 4. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain daily call log, booking register, and duty updates. o Record patient details and case summary in system/Excel. o Prepare daily shift report and share with senior management. 5. Customer Support & Service Quality o Ensure customer satisfaction by timely support. o Maintain proper call etiquette and service standards. o Work under pressure during emergency situations. 6. Shift Management o Work in rotational shifts (Morning /Evening/Night). o Handle high call volume during peak hours. Required Skills & Competencies Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Ability to work under pressure in emergency cases. Quick decision-making and coordination skills. Knowledge of local areas/locations is preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software, GPS tracking). Polite behavior and professional attitude. Eligibility / Qualification Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in call center / ambulance / hospital reception / emergency services is an advantage. Freshers can also apply if communication skills are strong. Preferred Experience 0 to 2 years in healthcare call center / customer support. Experience in ambulance dispatch system is a plus. Working Conditions Emergency service environment. 24x7 operations (rotational shifts). High responsibility job requiring quick action.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
