v Writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
v Using latest tools and techniques to fulfill the client’s requirement/customization.

v Preparing required documents throughout the software development life cycle.
v Testing and deploying the software applications.
v Revising, updating, refactoring and debugging the code.
v Serving as an expert on applications and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Process:
1. HR Screening
Purpose: Initial assessment of the candidate’s background, communication skills, and cultural fit Duration: 15 minutes. Format: Phone call.
2. Technical Screening:
Evaluate the candidate’s technical knowledge and problemsolving abilities. Duration: 1 hour. Format: video call with technical questions related to .NET Core, C#, and software development principles.
3. Final Interview with Management:
Purpose: Assess cultural fit, discuss career goals, and provide an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions about the company. Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour. Format: video call. Participants: Senior management or team leads.
4. Offer and Negotiation:
Purpose: Discuss the offer details, benefits, and any other considerations. Duration: Variable. Format: Phone call or in-person meeting.
