The ideal candidate should possess strong practical expertise in Software Development, Full Stack Development, Mobile App Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, along with exceptional communication and training skills.

This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world industry applications, helping students build job-ready skills through project-based learning, live demonstrations, case studies, and mentorship.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & Mentorship

• Deliver high-quality classroom and online training sessions for students, working professionals, and corporate trainees.
• Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, coding sessions, and hands-on practical labs.
• Guide students through real-world projects, assignments, capstone projects, and portfolio development.
• Mentor learners on industry best practices, coding standards, debugging techniques, and software development methodologies.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, mock interviews, and project reviews.
• Provide career guidance and interview preparation support.

• Design and update training materials according to current industry standards.

Industry & Placement Readiness

• Conduct mock interviews and technical assessments.
• Train students on resume building and portfolio development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of training/teaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio of real-world projects and implementations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Software Engineering)
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience
• Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching students/professionals
• Ability to deliver practical, project-based learning
• Strong communication, presentation, and curriculum development skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
