Role Description

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across stores, ensuring SOP adherence, efficiency, and strong performance on key metrics (sales, conversion, inventory, CSAT)
• OEM Relationship Management: Manage OEM partnerships, ensuring compliance, smooth coordination, and alignment on targets and performance initiatives
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive performance of store teams while building a culture of accountability and ownership
• Business Growth: Drive sales, profitability, local marketing initiatives, and effective inventory management across the cluster
• Reporting & Analytics: Analyze performance data and share actionable insights and regular updates with leadership

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, operations, or leadership roles
• FMCG background preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
• High ownership, execution focus, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
