Objective

To help engineering students develop business, management, and entrepreneurial skills alongside their technical expertise, preparing them for leadership roles in technology-driven industries.

Training Modules

• Business Fundamentals: Basics of management, operations, and organizational behavior.
• Finance for Engineers: Cost analysis, budgeting, and project financial planning.
• Marketing & Sales: Understanding product positioning, branding, and customer engagement.
• E-commerce & Business Platforms: Exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, and digital marketplaces.
• Project Management: Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies for engineering projects.
• Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Startup culture, business models, and pitching ideas.

Practical Experience

• Assist with day-to-day business operations in engineering projects.
• Conduct market research and present findings to management.
• Help create and edit business reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for product strategy.
• Work on live business projects integrating engineering and management.
• Support senior staff with administrative or project-based work.
