Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Develop & implement systems to deliver quality data and process requirements for various stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain web application.

• Understand requirements from Business analyst team and create technical design and solution design approach

• Support development of capabilities within the application as per business requirements.

• Support application deployment workflows with internal / external stakeholders, including deployments into production.

• Participate and provide inputs in technical review and planning meetings

• Involve in application performance improvements and security assessment. Fix identified issues.

• Manage and adapt new technologies as per project need and use.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Numerate and/or computing background with strong hands-on experience building modern, responsive, and maintainable web applications.

• Strong experience in HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of semantic markup, responsive design, reusable styling, and browser compatibility.

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 19, including component-based architecture, routing, reactive forms, services, RxJS patterns, modular design, and UI performance optimisation.

• Experience with Jest and front-end unit/component testing, with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and regression prevention.

• Experience building scalable front-end applications using Micro Front-End architecture principles, enabling modular development and independent deployment.

• Strong understanding of consuming backend APIs, handling asynchronous data flows, validating data, and presenting intuitive user interactions.

• Good awareness of front-end application performance, accessibility, maintainability, and secure coding practices.

• Experience with modern developer workflows using GitLab, including version control, merge requests, peer review, and CI/CD integration.

• Familiarity with Docker for local development and consistent runtime/container workflows across environments.

• Working knowledge of backend integration with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x.x, and Microservices ecosystems to collaborate effectively across the full delivery lifecycle.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL-backed applications from a UI integration perspective, including understanding data contracts and end-to-end user journeys.

• Experience participating in technical design, UX-aware implementation discussions, estimation, and sprint planning activities.

• Hands-on experience in Agile teams and using JIRA for backlog refinement, sprint tracking, defect management, and delivery transparency.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business and user requirements into clean, intuitive, and high-quality front-end solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain UI behaviour, technical trade-offs, and implementation constraints clearly and effectively.
