About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Unity 3D Game Developer with hands-on experience in hypercasual mobile games and multiplayer game development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and publishing multiple mobile games and be able to showcase a portfolio of completed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hypercasual mobile games using Unity 3D and C#.
• Design and implement multiplayer features, including matchmaking, room creation, player synchronization, leaderboards, and real-time interactions.
• Build reusable multiplayer frameworks and gameplay systems.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to rapidly prototype and launch games.
• Optimize game performance, network usage, and mobile experience.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, analytics, advertisements, and in-app purchases.
• Troubleshoot gameplay, networking, and performance issues.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of experiencein Unity game development.
• Strong experience developing hypercasual mobile games
• Experience shipping multiple mobile game titles.
• Portfolio showcasing published games on Google Play, App Store, WebGL, GitHub, or demo builds.
• Practical experience implementing multiplayer game mechanics and reusable multiplayer systems.

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Photon Fusion / Photon PUN
• Unity Netcode
• Mirror Networking
• PlayFab Multiplayer Services
• Firebase Realtime Database
• WebSockets
• Proficiency in
• Unity 3D, C#, OOP, mobile optimization, and Git
• Tamil communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live-service games and game monetization strategies.
• Experience integrating ad networks such as
• AdMob, AppLovin, or Unity Ads
• Understanding of player engagement and retention mechanics.
• Experience working in distributed remote teams.
