Pros

- Great Team atmosphere - Kind People that are easy to get along with - Open Door Policy ( Can really ask any question you want without the fear of looking silly) - Interviews are really open and ask what you want to do in life and why you see yourself at MNP. -

Cons

- Orientation takes a while, lots of stuff to go through and leaves you drained mentally at the end of the day. - First two week are rough mainly because the tasks are mundane (lectures and powerpoints)

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MNP (Abbotsford, BC) in Aug 2020

Interview

The interview process took about two weeks. After submitting my application, all communications were via email until the first phone interview with HR. The second one was a video call with the hiring manager. The timeline for the result of the interview was a week and they have kept me informed during the whole process. All my email questions were responded within less than an hour. One of the easiest and most transparent interview process I've ever had.
