Advice to Management
pay needs to be increased to keep and maintain qualified and motivated employees for long term commitments. they seem to want to low ball al their employees like the candidates that tey recruit
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chartwell in January 2010.
I was hired on the spot. I had to people interview me. Than They offered me an offer.
