    pay needs to be increased to keep and maintain qualified and motivated employees for long term commitments. they seem to want to low ball al their employees like the candidates that tey recruit

    The people that you work with and some of the clients and people you meet while serving for various events, such as conventions, parties weddings,etc.

    Cons

    To me there are no cons to catering are being an server. i am a people person and I enjoy what I do.
