💡DID YOU KNOW that at Compass, there is an array of learning and development opportunities for staff to explore and a special qualifications team dedicated to supporting anyone wanting to further their learning? 📚The qualification team delivers various qualifications to all five services of Compass Community, and are currently assessing over 540 learners nationwide! 🎳Here's a photo of the qualifications team, who recently attended a team-building event where they enjoyed both Curling and Duck pin bowling (and naturally, there was plenty of competitive fun!). It was a great chance to to work together outside of the normal office, and allowed them to welcomed a new staff member to the group too....Show more
