Since starting two years ago, the company has expanded and more children's homes have opened across the United Kingdom, meaning more young people's lives are being changed for the better, and this is where my passion for Compass has stemmed from. For my role, the advantages are having a good team around me that are really supportive and the positive culture in the workplace. Additionally, there are a plethora of training opportunities to gain further skills and qualifications, being able to work from home, career progression, the company offers support through medicash and an array of incentives and schemes that have a positive impact on both staff and the environment.

I honestly can't fault the company, I am really happy within my role.

- large company so has the ability to offer great benefits and incentives - lots of investment in supporting and improving the lives of children and young people - good team dynamic - flexible hybrid model

- due to size, it can be more challenging to connect with other staff members across the country (but that is the nature of any large company) - ongoing environmental impact (but the company actively engages with professionals and staff to improve)
