Advice to Management
Retain good people
I applied online. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Noida).
Was there this weekend. And i have to say to the gave very sad management.
I was there for AngularJs opening.
My First interview went like a charm. The interviewer gave a feedback as "very good".
The second round was managerial-technical round.
The interviewer was fighting with management on the topic "I WAS ON A HOLIDAY, IT IS NOT MY DAY TO TAKE INTERVIEW". After all the WWE, he just asked my only question about dynamic json creation. And he just rejected me on the basis of a single question.
Guys common, with just one question you cannot reject a candidate, whom the first interviewer(btw he was going to be the team lead, he told me) gave a "very good in Angularjs".
Company, please have the positive attitude towards candidates. They are the asset.
