I had two telephone interviews with the manager and one other employee each time. They were mostly getting a feel of how I would fit in with the team. It was easy going and not stressful.Do you pat attention to details and catch mistakes.

...sad annual bonus with poor merit raises, lack of mentorship and good leadership (well, really depends who your "people leader" is), verbal praises without the raises, expensive health insurance (ironic), and does not provide a good work/life balance (looked down upon if you take PTO)....
