I recently interviewed with Interview Kickstart and was deeply disappointed by the process and feedback I received. Here's a summary of my experience: Reason for Rejection: After advancing to the assignment discussion round, I was eventually rejected due to "grammatical inconsistency" in my assignment. However, I had already discussed and clarified the reason for these inconsistencies during our conversation. If this was a non-negotiable criterion, my application shouldn't have been taken to the assignment discussion phase to begin with. Value Offered: During the interview process, I provided numerous tactical insights including suggestions on Google ads, landing page optimizations, and product positioning. These suggestions required significant time and effort from my side and could very well be implemented by the company. Compensation for Effort: Given that I invested considerable time and energy in providing valuable feedback, it's only fair to be compensated for my contributions. This is especially true when these suggestions could benefit the company in its future endeavors. In summary, I believe transparency, respect for candidates' time, and acknowledgment of their contributions are crucial for a fair and efficient hiring process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure a better experience for future candidates.InterviewLinkedIn ads copies. Landing page optimization. Product Pitch. All proceeds from this initiative were sent to GiveIndia Foundation, a non-profit non-governmental organization, working on the ground to provide relief to people adversely impacted by Covid -19, supplying basic necessities like meals, medicines & support along with many other services.
