In June 2021, Interview Kickstart initiated the #HelpIndia relief fund for the people of rural India to help them fight the far-deadly second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. We raised over $20,000 from our Alumni, Instructors, and Employees with Interview Kickstart contributing an additional $20,000. All proceeds from this initiative were sent to GiveIndia Foundation, a non-profit non-governmental organization, working on the ground to provide relief to people adversely impacted by Covid -19, supplying basic necessities like meals, medicines & support along with many other services.
The current COVID-19 crisis has completely changed how top tech companies recruit. The entire interviewing process has become completely remote and 100% online.
