Pros

The company has decent benefits, but there aren't any other pros I can list.

Cons

*Terrible leadership; I've never met a more ignorant, self-righteous group of leaders. *They don't care about people; employees are all just numbers. *Treat employees like we are children. If butts aren't in seats at the office from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, then they think we aren't working. *Doesn't function like a true SaaS company. *They don't have an enterprise solution, nor do they know how to support enterprise-level clients. *Terrible work-life balance. For some context, they acquired our company 6 months ago and laid off 70% of our staff. Our solution requires a lot of engineering resources and almost all of our engineers were laid off. When our solution started breaking and more bugs started to develop, we asked for additional resources, and leadership's response was, "Your organization was right sized. You will not get any more resources until you start bringing in more money". However, our company was the only business unit in the organization that hit their numbers for FY23'. The leadership team is arrogant, and they are going to lose all of our clients within the next year because of it.

Pros

People working in Swogo are the most committed and hard working people you will ever meet

After being bought by 1worldsync, we were hoping things would change for the better. Today, out of nowhere... we lost one of the best people in the company. We don't know how to react, we don't know who's next. Everyone knows if the management does not like you or had a pity fight with you, they will not be happy until you are out of their way. The way they treat people they do not get along with is dehumanizing and disgusting. And we do not have any one to listen to us or to assist us

Pros

Pay, autonomy, coworkers, and nice office

Skills and competencies of employees from top to bottom. There are people that work here that do not know how to right click and open a new tab. There are people that do not know to how function the CRM, even though that's their job. There are people here that don't know what their team is doing on a day to day basis. There are people here that themselves have no idea what the product is. There are people here that are scared of new technology (1WS is a technology company). There are people here that openly talk about not knowing the basics when it comes to using a computer. There are people here that push work off to others because they are too lazy to learn something new. I'm being easy on them here, could be simply that they are not capable to learning something new. The wrong people at the top, the smarter people are suppressed into positions that limit their exposure. It's by design, because if those employees had more exposure, the ones at the top would be exposed for the frauds they are.
